Today's journal


                                     

I didn't pay the phone bill , so it makes a lot of problem. After, ESL class was finished, I went back to my house ,and I was trying to make a payment about my cellphone bill on the internet. I type my ID and type password, but I can't get in the website, and it said sorry! your account is not available for security, so I called to T-mobile company. At that time, I was little bit nervous, because I'm afraid about that I can't understand English. First, voice mail want my phone number and pin number. Next, they want to know what's my purpose, and I said "the other option!"  but they didn't get it. I don't know why they don't understand me , because last time I called T-mobile, and when I said "the other option"  it connects me to T-mobile staff... but this time I can't connect with staff, so I carefully hear voice mail again and I heard 3 option is help so I said help... but they didn't understand. I say help again, again and again. Finally, I can connect with T-mobile staff. I don't know how can I connect with staff. The T-mobile staff's voice is not clear, and he said a lot.... he wants my card number, and he said some phone plan.... I just want to solve the problem why I can't get in the website.. Anyway I can get in the website, and T-mobile message to me to pay 77.04 dollar. After I paid 77.04 dollar, there's another message that T-mobile want me to pay 103 dollar again. I was so surprised. I went to ask my host mother, and she called to the T-mobile.....host mother explain about this problems. I act I understand what host mother said, but actually I didn't understand clearly......However, I can use cellphone now, and I don't need to pay $103... but I still feel something is more than this......
